I'm sure through all the various news channels you would have heard about the terrible tragedy that has struck the city of Harburg. The Hamburger Vereinigung für Entwicklung und Bildung have been hard at work helping those who have been affected by the explosion and we intend to petition the Parteivorsitzende for more resources to help with the crisis. This, however is not the main reason of me contacting you.

We believe this to be the "Jane" that assassinated one of our operatives. We now know that she is still in Harburg city and have leads as to where she is headed, but we do not have people capable of tracking down and engaging in combat with someone who we believe to be an experienced fighter. We would like for you to lend someone from the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee in order to help us deliver justice. Your help would be much appreciated.

I need those leads as to her suspected desination as soon as possible.

Rest assured that I am more than willing to offer whatever help I can, but I need more information if we're to catch "Jane".

"Jane" was last spotted in Sector 1 of Harburg City where the explosion took place, near the St. Pauli towers.

I suggest you bring some highly-trained people with you, and not head into the city by yourself. "Jane" is known to be highly dangerous.
