I am Valente Rossi, the commander of the Braillian Security Force, or BSF, in short. It is one of the divisions of the Fallen Angels, responsible for the security of our home system, Cayman. The Fallen Angels are remnants of a group once known as "Reapers of Sirius". Originally, our goal was to defeat our nemesis - the Coalition. However, in 821 A.S. a catastrophic event occurred on planet Braillia, making it inhabitable and killing a majority of our people in the process. Most of our forces were scattered all over Sirius, while some remained and attempted to recover from the catastrophe. I won't bother you with details, but that led to creation of the Fallen Angels. While we still kept our goal of fighting the Coalition, our primary concern is gathering resources and trying to restore at least a part of what we once were.

I believe that, not long ago, a couple of your agents met Archangel Narvales. He was instructed by miss Fischer to inform the Supreme Council to invite your leadership to Shadowhaven, should we wish to have any kind of cooperation with your organization. We are currently into both bounty hunting and escorting business.

I am formally inviting you to visit Shadowhaven so we could discuss any possible collaboration between our organizations. If you decide to accept my invitation, a fighter wing will be sent to the location of your choice to act as escort. However, I encourage you to bring an escort of your own in addition.
