Valente Rossi,
I do apologize for the delay in establishing this network between the Reapers of Sirius and ourselves, the Aegis Initiative. As we have discussed, both parties have an interest in combatting and eliminating the Cretan Empire which claims control over the Omegas and upper Omicron region. I believe, after the battle which had followed our meeting, we have proven ourselves to not only be resourceful, but capable in holding the line. Additionally, the appearance of the Red Army, in which our flagship had severely damaged a Typhoon-class destroyer, it now seems we share two common enemies.
So, with this missive, I extend the offer of establishing diplomatic relations between the Initiative and the Reapers, for the intent of coordinating operations in the Omegas, logistical and military support against the Corsairs, as well as providing a stable supply line to Cayman. Additionally, as promised, two transport vessels will be dispatched with a large quantity of munitions, Food rations, and additional medical supplies. Further inquiries about coordinating logistics will pass through Alan Stacker.
Finally, I have dispatched a frigate to the Omega region surrounding Cayman for AWACS support, fire support, and intelligence collection and relay. I will see to it the Lelantos wing is deployed nearby to aid in security of the area.
This is an opportunity for both of our groups to build a better relationship, and put an end to the smuggling of Artifacts, and the spreading of the Red Army. Please relay any concerns or questions to this channel, and I will do my best to provide any answers.

As you have witnessed, the Coalition is as much of a problem in the Omegas as the Corsairs. Luckily for us, their people do not hesitate to murder each other whenever they get a chance, which means that neither of them can fully focus on us, as they have bigger issues to deal with.
The Council accepts your offer regarding diplomatic relations. Both the Initiative and the Reapers have a lot to gain from working together, with little, if anything to lose. We are grateful for your assistance and are willing to return the favor. Whatever you need done, let us know. By the way, I still haven't heard from your contact that was supposed to take over those research materials that were promised to you.

Mister Rossi,
There is indeed a bright future ahead for both of us, and I look foward to further cooperation. The Coalition, while there was no contact prior, has shown its self to be less than hospitable, and have given us a reason to show them no quarter, much like the Cretan Nation. From this point onwards, It's safe to assume our joint operations will extend over ending the Corsairs, to aid against the Red Army.
As for the materials, Maverick had informed me that the Cincinnati was still undergoing field repairs after the Omega skirmish, and was thus unable to arrive in a timely manner. I instead asked Stacker to handle it, who dispatched the Atlas with its own gift to give. I hope you find the supplies useful, once they arrive.
On the topic of this network, some changes will be made to allow the Supreme Council and higher ups of the Initiative access, so that any dealings may pass through here. You're welcome to grant them access, and I will ensure the necessary modifications are made to ensure total security of the network from prying eyes.

Also I am aware of your capital ships which have got enough demage while defending the Cayman, ask our Angels to lead your Capital vessels to our hidden Shipyard. There, you will get repairs of all sorts you need.
Only small note I'd like to add, when you are about to travel through Cayman do not get into the Kara's mine field and Braillia Orbit (4k).

Following recent events, the Aegis Initiative is effectively dissolved and merged in to Battlegroup Auxesia.
