Greetings, Owners of Valhalla.
The Valhalla has been found by our scout teams in Tau-44. According to our records you were not informed Crayter Republic about that base. We cannot dock to the installment at the moment. We do require your names and purpose, base's purpose and IFF emitter configuration. Your base currently tresspasses our territory and we need response from you. In case of you do not respond in 24 hours, or do not comply our regulations about bases when you respond, your base will marked for destruction and shall be terminated by Crayter Military. If you value your crew's life and your investment, please respond as soon as possible.

Sorry we have no intention of starting a war with our allies the Crayter Republic We will allow your ships to land/repair/refuel as necessary. We did not know who we needed to contact at time and we greatly regret this misunderstanding. We did contact IMG and they said they would help us with improving our base. The intention of our base is to help our allies resupply in the fight against the Gallic royal navy as they have sent the sector into chaos. Please forgive us for not informing you sooner we did not intend to disrupt Crayter operations in the sector we mean to help facilitate and help stabilize the region. IFF is Zoner.

Your response is odd, to say the least.
You claim you wish to help the Crayter Republic, yet you tresspass our space without attempting to communicate with us. Moreover, you construct a facility of your own in our teritory without requesting permission, a facility which may as well become a military outpost for our enemies.
What happened so far was only to prove our strength and get your attention, since we do not wish to harm civilians for no reason, but your station is one step away from being destroyed.
However, you may still redeem yourself. This second chance does come with a fine, as per Crayter jurisdiction:
For constructing a foreign installation in Crayter Space without prior notice you shall pay 40.000.000 SC. Moreoever, for failing to respond to our communique within the designated time limit, an extra 30.000.000 SC payment is required, thus summing it up to 70.000.000 SC to be paid at this present time.
Furthermore, should you wish to keep the installation - we ask for docking rights and a monthly fee of 40.000.000 SC. This monthly fee may later on be debated.
All payments will be delivered to CR|-Treasury and proof of payment will be recorded on this channel.
If you do not agree to and meet these terms, we will have to terminate your installation.

Greetings to you. My name is Arturr. I am currently in a tight position and I do apologize for any damages to both relations or equipment that may have occurred. I am currently occupying a minor position in IMG, but have accrued a small following amongst my business dealings with the Zoners and IMG and several other individuals mainly focused on the hard work of mining and transporting materials throughout Sirius. I honestly was hoping to avoid giving out too many details about our plans until we have panned out the specifics of everything, but i can tell that due to recent developments that exposing our intentions is unavoidable if we are to maintain the mission statement that I and my allies have set out to accomplish.
Our intentions are as follows with Valhalla base:
-To establish a non-military or direct house affiliated stop over for the important mining operations in the Border World systems.
-To establish a dedicated Zoner Mining Faction.
-To help stabilize relations in any way possible to increase the survivability of those living in the Border World Systems, while remaining a non-military asset to all in the area.
Like I said this is a very rough idea of what we have planned. Any suggestions or demands will be taken into account immediately, as we realize we are in your debt. We would like to stay out of any conflicts, and is the primary reason for starting this base and our petition, which is in the works, but not yet submitted, for our Zoner Mining Faction.
I understand that is vague at best right now, and i am hoping within the next couple of days to have a final draft of my proposal which will be officially submitted to any parties that may be concerned in the establishment of this faction or base. To be honest with you, everyone I am currently dealing with that will be joining this faction, are doing it mainly because we are not fighters. We are trying to find a peaceful way to continue making our living the only way we know how. We are miners at heart and have a true passion for exploration, shiny rocks, and peace.
We were hoping to avoid picking sides. I hope you realize that you may have forced our hand, but we would like not to burn any bridges or put ourselves into a war. Like I said, any suggestions or demands will be taken seriously as we are in your debt, but we would appreciate any leniency with your demands in regards to us remaining a non-military entity. I would also like to inform you that should you force our hand, we will do what is necessary for the survival of our families and livelihood. Please consider that we have already given docking rights, and that we request no military actions be brought to our station. It is not intended as a shelter but a stopover for miners and explorers in the region who wish to remain neutral. Also, if we pay your demands we will be considered an enemy of the Gallics, because we would be funding they're enemies war machine, defeating the purpose for which we have set ourselves. I would also like to point out that the Gallics have made no similar demands for money, only for a declaration of intent and essentially asking if we were picking sides. We are truly sorry for the casualties that may have occured, but we cannot meet your demands as they are right now.

Now, to the matters at hand... Since you asked, I have already attached an extract of our laws regarding unaffiliated stations to this transmission. Still, I will just explain the situation simply and clearly:
Your deeds so far - such as including lack of communication until our military acted more than verbally and now a negative response to our legal demands - are quite worrying. More than that, you have mentioned that the Gauls have contacted you, and while you claim not to take sides, you show no proof that you haven't already allied with the Gallic forces, whereas our officers did meet a Gallic presence in the vicinity of your installation. What worries us even more is that you, while claiming to be a Zoner representative seeking peace, your tone does not feel entirely friendly.
Lastly, however, I do not see how paying the Republic will in any way mark you as targets for the Gallic Royal Navy. We know well enough they are tyrants who seek to conquer and exploit everyone in Sirius - which is why we stand against them - so because of that, if you agree to our terms, we will make sure that our dealings remain unknown to them, especially since this is an encrypted channel. However, i also have to speculate that they might have proposed a similar deal and I will advise against working with them in any way. While they may seem friendly and understanding, they will in the end do nothing more than exploit or destroy you and your group.
