Hello, this is Strom.

If you're reading this, it means I am most probably dead. Tough luck.

At the time of this record, I have no regrets. Neither family, nor friends, or a life funny enough... <chuckles softly>

What little I had, I had to part with already at Toledo. I guess, I am glad that I am finally back with them, wherever that is.

Whoever you are, whether a friend or somebody I do not even know, I want you to remember that everything could end abruptly at any moment.

Cherish the ones you care for, for as long as you can. Do not hurt them, don't make them sad, it's not worth it.

There is only one little thing though. It makes me feel nervous...

There's a stray cat back at the central park in Akabat. Another survivor of Toledo. It lacks a front paw, an eye and a few teeth. It'll probably wait for me by the monument in the morning, expecting a meal.

That one likes its freedom very much... But if it could be properly cared for, I guess we'd both be glad.
