Quote:1.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Threats and insults are only allowed on the server if used within roleplay.
2.1 System and local chats are to be kept in roleplay and in English at all times. Any OOC (Out of character) chat should be marked with " // " and only used when absolutely necessary. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

Yeah, you don't go off like that in local or system chat, and you certainly don't call someone an idiot twice on top of that. Loss of a considerable amount of credits should remind you of the above rules. Don't do it again, otherwise you'll be taking a break from the game.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

After a pvp death I was leaving the system. when I get to the penn-ny jumpgate there is this navy battle-cruiser (or something similar) in front of the gate blocking access, I ask him to move his rust bucket at which he gets upset and open fires on me, i manage to get through the gate after sustaining some damage and he follows, I do not remember the conversation, but do remember calling him an idiot. I get called way worst things than that in the game and do not files reports for it.
So I will try and remember that the navy are thin skinned and have a delicate sensibility when I encounter them in the future.
I do consider a 150+ million credit penalty rather steep for calling someone an idiot.
With that money, maybe the development team can design a whambulance for the navy if they are upset so easily.
So I apologise for any offence given to all players involved from my outburst.

The fine was due to an excessive amount of ooRP lines and name calling, regardless of the word. Had you been a newer player, a lot less of credits. But you've been around long enough to know better. When I'm home I'll PM you the logs that we found concerning this.
