Players Sanctioned: A.Heres, Melenchon - Garrett Jax - 04-05-2016
A.Heres, Melenchon have been sanctioned for:
Consequences: Both of you got pirated and refused to meet the pirates' demand for a contribution. Less than two hours later you encountered the same pirate again, refusing to pay the nominal one million credits he was asking. This time, however, the refusal was followed by profanity from Melonchon as well as threats to report from both of you, all of which was out of role play.
Just so you know, a pirate CAN make a demand every time he encounters you, and most will, if you refuse to meet it. This is not harassment according to the rules in this case. You also charged that multiple demands were made against you. That rule doesn't apply if you don't meet ANY of his demands. I am not sure if this is a case of you both not understanding the rules, or trying to get a false report past us, but the report you filed appears malicious on the surface. I am going to assume you are simply ignorant and need to educate yourselves regarding the rules. Loss of guns, equipment and credits from both of you with sanction notices in their place.

If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

Sorry but i dont understand that i am charged for:
First: I think i haven't broke the rule 1.1 in this server, so please, could show me where i broke that rule?
Second: I assume I have not fulfilled the rule 2.1 all the time, sometimes i forgot to use the "//" symbols, in special, when i am saying long sentences to another character. I have been warned about this by another players, so I'm trying to rectify.
Third: I don't remember being asked for money never, If this sanction is from the report of the character named Chicken, he never asked me for money, even cargo, before my ship being destroyed by him, only after. He only demanded to stop, destroying my ship shortly after.
Fourth: About rule 2.2, If this is about Chicken character, he pirated me 2 times before the report, in a short time (in fact i don't remember exactly which interval), but i thought a character can't engage or be engaged by his killer in a 2 hours interval, rule that Chicken reminded me first time he pirated me. Then, I should not warned him about his rule breaking?

The 1.1 rule violation was directed at Melenchon, not you.
The // for oorp is supposed to be used only when absolutely necessary. If you need to speak oorp, try talking directly to the person via PM.
The pirate asked for a contribution for the first encounter. He asked for one million credits the second time. I will PM you the evidence. Also, if you don't stop when the pirate demands it, he is allowed to shoot you whether a monetary or cargo demand is made or not. You can't ignore him and get away with it.

That is not entirely correct, because the second time Melenchon were alone, and Chicken pirated him, I only were in the same system, talking with Melenchon using a voice chat.
First time Chicken and I meet he didn't asked further demands that "halt" and some nonsense like "you can't fly away from me", which are, of course, part of his roleplay.

This it the rule you reference I believe. The player who is killed in an encounter can not enter the system he was killed in, nor engage his attacker(s) for two hours. This doesn't apply to the person who did the killing.
You cannot get killed by a pirate because you refused his demand and then think you have a "Can't touch me now" two hour card. If you inadvertently encounter the same pirate that killed you, he has the right to make another demand and kill you again if you refuse.
I have an idea. Why don't you just pay the pirate? It ends up working out in your best interest in the long run. You might even enjoy the banter back and forth at times.
