No.

With the way you wrote your regexes, you can only make a code that takes one parameter, which is the table colour.

In other words:
Code:
[ctable=#fff][/ctable]
will be matched, however

Code:
[ctable=#fff]ANYTHING[/ctable]
will not.

I can write the mycode for this if some admin can confirm that it will be implemented when I'm done with it. Otherwise no reason to waste time.

Oh right, I guess I forgot to add a $2 in between the tbody (and in the other case the tb) tags, though I've got no clue what parameter syntax would represent technically unlimited and arbitrary content.
