Players Sanctioned: Heinz.Kloss and Bin.exe - Garrett Jax - 04-11-2016
Heinz.Kloss and Bin.exe have been sanctioned for:
Consequences: You got caught by an Aoi player, took off and got killed. Sad part was, you had a transport full of ore left floating in space. Instead of obeying the rule and leaving the system/game with those characters, you returned to try and grab the ore back. That was a rule violation. You look like new players, so I didn't remove any credits/guns from off your ships, but they are visiting a rather confined part of Sirius called Bastille. If you get tired of roaming that part of the map, post here and convince us that your knowledge of the rules warrants a release.
Quote: 3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.(There is a 5 minute window after death in which you can leave the system with an empty ship.)

I saw one of the Core ship that had problems with Aoi and Nomad and Battlecruiser so I decided to help her but I died and I decided only to be reborn and to change the character to make pvp with my friend on Connecut
So, I am born again and I went out right away and I have not attacked anyone or out of the last base
I never leave the base when i die

My char heinz.kloss got killed by a pirate and i was looking how the fight would end because i had an escort. Silly but i had no guns and only want to watch the fight. The cargo was helium i could mine it anyway

Next time please leave the system immediately after death. Your ships are released from Bastille. Have fun, guys.
