Salutations. I'm here to inquire as to the purchase and partial construction of a "Storm" Coalition Gunboat.
If you furnish facilities at Mykolaiv, we can run in the materials necessary to construct it (plus some extra materials to store in the event of a shortage).
In short, we would like to pay you for the facilities and labor necessary while Serenity Patrol can bring in the requisite supplies.
Given that we are tenants of the Sirius Coalition right now, you have a fairly large investment as collateral should we choose to misbehave with that equipment.
Send us a materials list and cost of labor and facilities should you choose to approve our request.
