To Siena Rae of the Liberty Rogues - Sonja - 04-20-2016

Hello Siena,

Thank you for your help so far. It has already been invaluable to keeping the peace in Liberty. Hopefully you are making progress with climbing whatever ladders there are in the Liberty Rogues. From what happened earlier, it seems you have at least some influence already.

As promised, here is your line to me if you need anything. I can't say I'll be able to fulfill your requests, but you wont know if you don't ask. With any luck, you and I can maintain a mutually beneficial relationship over the long term.

Your ex was very charming, by the way. Her cooking is pretty good, too. Unfortunately, I'm not a lesbian.

Kind regards,

Sonja Kerensky

Heyo, Sonja. Sorry for the delayed response, but I was hopin' to have something interesting for you by the time I got back to you. Unfortunately, it seems like nobody's able to keep to a damn time-table except for me and my crew. Speaking of, it might be a bit of a mixed blessing for ya that an old friend of mine is back on the scene. We're looking to expand into Rheinland soon, which, like we discussed, poses some pretty interesting opportunities for us. I'll let you know if somethin' new comes up, or if there's something you can do for us.

It might be worth telling you, by the way, that dear old Lexi's the clingiest girl I've ever met. Surprisingly naïve too, given her position of - as I understand it - prominence in the Navy. Then again, all that was over four years ago now, but I doubt she's changed very much. Fair warning and all that.

Siena Rae,

Don't worry about slow replies. If there isn't anything you need from me and nothing changes for you, it's natural for us not to communicate much.

With that being said, I am glad to hear that you are planning an expansion into Rheinland. In this regard, I may have work for you during your stay there, and depending on how receptive the people I'm talking with right now are, I may even be able to arrange additional basing for you. Personally, I would recommend that you plan some cargo capacity into the resources you intend to deploy for operations in Rheinland, as I may ask you to supply more than just your own force.

I imagine that your future activities in Rheinland will require an initial investment in order to make them as effective as possible. While we cannot provide you with any equipment, we can at least contribute to the admittedly expensive fixed costs of organising forces for deployment into a new theatre. We are willing to set aside a sum of 50,000,000 credits to help you establish your presence there. Please direct me to the neural net address that you wish these credits to arrive at.

Regarding Alexis Hunter, as I said, other women are not my kettle of fish, although I'm not closed-minded about it. She does already seem very clingy, and all I did was hold her hand and agree to eat her food. I'll take your warnings to heart, but there's not currently much going on in there at the moment. Thank you for the caution though, all the same.

Kind regards,

Sonja Kerensky

Siena Rae;

I have made inroads into my contacts in Rheinland and since they seem cautiously optimistic when it comes to receiving help from the Agency, I am now at Liberty to discuss with you who they are.

We have been speaking with the leader of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee, or as you might know them, the VWA. They are the militant wing of the Bundschuh political party and they have agreed to provide basing in Rheinland during your stay. The one thing that their leader asked from me was a list of names so that they know who to admit into their territory, as he made it clear to me that the Bundschuh have had a problem with Rogues and Cardamine in the past.

If you are happy to explore the opportunity of additional basing, I will put you in touch with their leader, Oberst Erich Klugmann. I imagine he would have some conditions upon the use of his bases by your forces, such as not leading the Rheinland Military or Police to their location and a prohibition on Cardamine. However, it seems that the VWA are in a difficult position at the moment so I'm sure you would be able to come to a negotiated settlement on that matter.

On another note, we met briefly earlier and you confirmed to me where you wanted the offered credits deposited. The following is proof of their deposition.

As I earlier said, the Agency would be appreciative if you could build in some cargo space into your force, as we are willing to subsidise the delivery of products required by the VWA to their bases. In fact, this is one of the two major reasons we're hoping that your operations in the Rheinland go well. Please also provide me with a list of ship identifications that I can provide in turn to the VWA, so that they can make the preparations they require to host your vessels.

Call me if you need anything further.

Kind regards,

Sonja Kerensky
