Konbanwa Mr. Ravis. It's not often I speak to a lone freelancer such as yourself, or usually even take the time out of my day to consider you. But the Blood Dragons know Tal Ravis as more than just a simple freelancer.
The point of this communication is brief, we are aware if what you've dealt with, and how you have helped the Dragons before, so combining this you will be extremely useful for the project at hand. What you will hear on this is strictly classified for your eyes and ears on the project. Our old flagship, the Fuji, lies in ruins at the bottom of a lakebed on the southern region of Tomioka, it would be easily accessible, were it not for Samura and Naval forces encampments around the site, they're making sure we don't get to this ship. However this is going to change soon. The mission is to send you, along with platoons of Blood Dragon and Order Marines, onto the surface of Tomioka. From there it is a bloody campaign of capturing enemy fortifications in the area surrounding the bay the Fuji lies in. After that's over, the heavy haulers will come and salvage the vessel. This is all up to you Mr. Ravis, and if it still isn't appealing, the Shogunate may consider a few credits for your time. Ponder this well Ravis, it could make or break the Blood Dragons chances on Tomioka, and restoring our war machine.

Well, I can't say I wasn't expecting it, but I was expecting it.
Normally I wouldn't get involved in political affairs that involve shooting the local lawfuls, but my ol' Mark 1 Eyeball managed to pick "a few credits" out of your ridiculously dark text transmission. Now you've got me interested, but before I agree to be dropped into hell, I need to know just how many credits we're talking about.
After all, I'm risking reputation and life, here, right? Right.

So you're at least interested on the credits side, well I will at least say you needn't worry about getting paid, the amount will be more than satisfactory for your tastes, but now onto the task that you inquire about.
What you'll specifically be doing is dropping down onto Tomioka's surface in a Big Dragon transport, which will be carrying a batallion of Order and Dragon Marines, you included in the bunch. The campaign on the surface will likely last weeks to months, and will involve various sieges and strikes to gain control of Samuran outposts surrounding our asset in the lake, recovering this asset is the ultimate goal of the mission, and once the outposts are taken we will send heavy lifting ships to recover the battleship, soon to be included in the Shometsu fleet. I hope thats satisfactory, your transponders will be cleared for Kyoto soon, provided you fully agree.

Given that I survive through the entire campaign, I don't want to take a hit on my otherwise spotless reputation with the Naval Forces if they figure out that I'm the one killing all of their boys. We expect your ship to arrive at Kyoto within the next 48 hours, from there the incursion and landing party upon Tomioka will be organize, I assume I've gone over the plan enough times with you? The squadron headed in will be Dragon and Order Marines, expect heavy resistance from the Farmers, Samura, and especially the Naval Forces. Should the need arise for a sudden evacuation, we will have ships in orbit waiting, and the Taiho No Mikoto will guide the operation from orbit, maintaining guard until we can pick up and limp our target back to Kyoto, from there, you will be payed and free to leave at your leisure, if you are not interested in seeing the turn-out of the project you fought for...
