Blood Dragons - Sirius Coalition Alliance Treaty




Introduction
On the day of 23/4/823 AS in the Okinawa System of the House of Kusari, the Blood Dragons and Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army met, to convene on the topic of alliance and cooperation, for the future of the Dragon's success in Kusari, the Blood Dragons and Coalition set forth an alliance to be followed by the terms below:


i. Docking Priveleges
Due to the requirement of the Coalition for the Blood Dragons effort in Kusari, Coalition vessels will have docking access to the following Blood Dragon bases up to "Typoon" Cruiser Class Coalition Vessels:

-Kyoto Base, Chugoku
-Ryuku Base, Tohoku
-Hikone Base, Honshu
-Sendai Research Complex, Okinawa

In addition to Coalition vessels able to dock on the above, Blood Dragon vessels "Kagutsuchi" Cruiser Class and below are permitted to dock on the following Coalition bases:

-Zvezdny Gorodok, Omega 52
-Zhukovsky Station, Omega 52
-Sevastopool Depot, Omega 52


ii. Kemwer Trade
The Blood Dragons and Sirius Coalition, in an effort to expand trade relations, agree to ship Kemwer between each groups area of influence in addition to standard fare commodities such as Sake and Vodka. Trade is open between both the Blood Dragons and the Coalition. Bases to ship supplies to should be followed as listed above in section i.


iii. Research and technology exchange
The Blood Dragons consent to Coalition research on the "Bo-Hiyo" Kagutsuchi forward gun aboard designated quarters of Sendai Research Station, in exchange the Coalition offers support in supplying the Blood Dragon Sometsu Fleet.

iv. Warfare Cooperation
The Blood Dragons and Sirius Coalition are both united under a common goal to usurp the Republic of Kusari, both groups will work in tandem to overthrow the Republic and install the Blood Dragons as the new house rulers in exchange for post-war benefits to the Coalition. This in turn will allow Coalition Warships to freely roam and assist Blood Dragon warships up to Cruiser Class vessels. The same applies for Blood Dragon warships in Coalition-owned Omega territories.


v. Shared Targets
The Blood Dragons and Coalition work together mainly under a common goal to eliminate common enemies, as such the following enemies are to be engaged by both Blood Dragon and Coalition vessels within Kusari, The Sigmas, and The Omegas:

-The Kusari Naval Forces
-The Hogosha
-The Corsairs
-The Gallic Royal Navy
-The Outcasts
-Nomads and infectees (Aoi, Wilde, D9)
-Samura Industries


vi. Post War goals
The Blood Dragons and Coalition work in tandem to eliminate and wage war against the Republic of Kusari, once the Blood Dragons have won the war then the Blood Dragons and Coalition will work together under the new house of Kusari as follows below:

-Coalition will receive free passage through Kusari.
-Open trade from Kusari to the Coalition.
-Assistance against Gallia


Conclusion
This treaty is to go into effect immediately on 23/4/823 AS. Blood Dragon and Coalition vessels are to work together in the war against Kusari, and are to be treated as equals between each other.

Introduction
On the day of 23/10/826 AS in the Omega-2 System , the Blood Dragons and Sirius Coalition Government met on Iskra, the Premier called upon the Shogun to convene to revise the former Blood Dragons-Sirius Coalition treaty to ensure it showed an honest reflection for both parties involved. The Blood Dragons and Coalition renewed their alliance to be followed by the terms below:


i. Docking Priveleges
Due to the requirement of the Coalition for the Blood Dragons effort in Kusari, Coalition vessels will have docking access to the following Blood Dragon bases up to "Typoon" Cruiser Class Coalition Vessels:

-Kyoto Base, Chugoku
-Ryuku Base, Tohoku
-Hikone Base, Honshu
-Sendai Research Complex, Okinawa
-Osihi Station, Chugoku

In addition to Coalition vessels able to dock on the above, Blood Dragon vessels "Kagutsuchi" Cruiser Class and below are permitted to dock on the following Coalition bases:

-Zvezdny Gorodok, Omega 52
-Zhukovsky Station, Omega 52
-Sevastopool Depot, Omega 52
-Iskra Trading Outpost, omega-2


ii. Trade Agreement
The Blood Dragons and Sirius Coalition, have renewed their trade relations based on recent economic activity and the Blood Dragon's have agreed to ship Platinum,Uranium, and H-Fuel . In return the Coalition has agreed to ship Volgograd Ordinance and Uncut Diamonds. Trade is open between both the Blood Dragons and the Coalition. Bases to ship supplies to should be followed as listed above in section i.


iii. Research and technology exchange
To show gratitude for the Blood Dragon's commitment and complement of the "Bo-Hiyo" Forward cannons which have been mounted on all Coalition Hurricane Cruisers. The Coalition will produce and provide access to the follow ships
- Fighters, Bombers, and Gunboats:
"Insurgent" Very Heavy Fighters
"Revolution" Bombers
"Storm" Gunboat

Blood Dragons will provide Revolutionary Army Military pilots access to:
"Taichi" Very Heavy Fighter
"No-dachi" Bomber
"Haciman" Gunboat

- With promise to provide special access and limited production of:
- "Hurricane" Class cruisers 1x
- "Typhoon" Class destroyers 2x

Lastly, to reflect the circumstances of war , the Coalition government has granted special jump drive access to the following systems for defensive assistance only:
