I seen you flyin through Puerto Rico. You was in a fairly dangerous area. The Puerto Rican Rift ain't stable, an we try to keep everyone what ain't got no business flyin round it away. I followed you out of Puerto Rico into Texas, even got a couple scans of yer ship (1, 2). I even tried communicatin with you through private comms, but you wasn't keen on respondin.
I reckon you is guessin this were an idle threat. It weren't. Our stations is hostile to you 'til you respond here an explain yerself.
