Good Afternoon,
It has recently come to my attention that the Core has engaged in actions that have recklessly endangered those living within Freeport 11 and Omicron Delta as a whole. I know that the Sirius Coalition's relationship with the Zoners has at times been uneasy but rest assured that we are prepared to support the Zoners with our Revolutionary Army to help combat this growing threat.
It is no secret that the Core is looking to seize power in the Omicrons, no doubt to ensure it has a monopoly on the various alien artifacts that can be found in the region. This is something that cannot and will not be tolerated, not by us and I'm sure you'd agree, not by you.
The Zoners have prided themselves in their neutral stance, and yet that stance has brought them nothing but war time and time again. I implore you then, to mobilize. Fight a war not just to win, but to win all future wars. Whether the Zoners like it or not, you are no longer neutral. The Core has stripped that from you. Therefore, you have two options at this point: Lie down and take a beating or stand up for yourself and show the Core that seeking peace and neutrality does not make you weak. Show them the strength you possess, reluctant to strike but ready to retaliate without hesitation.
I know there is no one unified voice for the Zoners, but I trust you can come to a consensus among yourselves and see the wisdom in my words. As the TAZ have learned all too well, the Revolutionary Army can be a powerful shield against those that would tyrannize and take advantage of your welcoming and peaceful nature.
