To Liberty Government (Ship Licensing)

Good day sirs and madams,

Baltimore shipyard has recently received an order for a customised C5 Bison transport for the purpose of civilian transportation. Considering the recent announcement of new laws relating to passenger transportation we would like to determine the government's position on licensing for custom transport ships.

The group looking to purchase this ship is a Zoner-affiliated humanitarian group collectively know as the Seraphim. We feel this is a fantastic opportunity to show off Liberty engineering beyond our borders, and a unique chance to open up new markets for Liberty-built ships. As such we would like to request an exception to the new passenger transportation law for one specially modified C5 Bison transport on behalf of our customers.

Considering our expertise in the construction and outfitting of Enterprise-class luxury liners at Baltimore Shipyard, I am sure you will agree that we are more than qualified to make the conversion, and do so up to the standards expected by the Liberty Government. As you can see from the list below, our engineers have drawn up plans for the conversion and have sent a request for materials through to our requisitioning department. For full conversion for passenger transportation, including sleeping chambers, seating, dining areas, neural net access and medical facilities:

If the government finds this request agreeable we will contact our customer to obtain their intended ship designation for registration purposes. And of course we are happy to discuss any terms and conditions the government feels necessary to impose on the use of such a ship.
