3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. 3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.(There is a 5 minute window after death in which you can leave the system with an empty ship.).

Locked in the Prison system until you appear on Forum and explain what is going on.

Slim chance for that .
I was ( try to ) communicate with him , he barely knows any English word , only Russian and he speak few words to me using Google translator on net then typing in chat , which you can gees it is very slow and with just a few words only . I try to explain him he cant play here with such bad English , or to find help from forum member here that can guide him in Russian , but slim chance for that to i believe .
NOTE :
Just posting here since i was involved with some of his talk and to tell that will probably never answer this . Maybe some Russian speaking player can send him PM on his ship to explain him few things .
