Evening my fellow Scientists and Researchers -

It's been quite some time since an internal comm was sent throughout our organization, and for that I do apologize. I hope t' increase the amount of internal comms sent between us, in order t' strengthen our bonds, despite the distances across Sirius from eachother. Whatever our research, whatever projects we are working on, we are one. Our goal, no matter who, where, and what, are the same - t' push the bounds of science, t' discover what Sirius has hidden away, and t' make revolutionary advances.

With that in mind, I'd like t' leave this channel open for all Ingenuus personnel t' submit comms related t' their work as well as any important happenings that they may encounter.

May this allow us t' gain familiarity with our numerous staff, and their areas of work, and see where each of us may be able t' assist one another.

Hello!

I've recently moved into Freeport , to help set up the station and perform solar surveys for my own research on jump holes. I was surprised by the conditions that are considered standard within the system and have since reached out to Med-Force Enterprises to help improve conditions before the refugees arrive. I have also received a message from Keeper Raven about a possible jump disruptor located in Omicron Zeta at the sight of the old Iota jumphole. Rachel has already offered to contact the Order to arrange a survey for me. Additionally I have gotten a report from the {AFC} indicating that there may be a possible Baxter Object within Omicron 100, I hope Rachel can talk the Order into letting me take a survey of the location as well.

Evening partners -

We have just returned from our first flight with the new Stellar-Maris. The sister of Aurora.Borealis has done very well and I am very satisfied. However, while exploring Omicron Kappa we had a rather unexpected encounter with a PRIME AI called Progenitor.
Transferring any captures directly to the labs for further analysis, before I attempt a statement or even a theory.

I would, urm... like to begin with a personal thank you to all those who had a hand in the rescue op...operation in Zeta. To th...think, I would still be rotting away on that accursed planet if not fo...for your actions. It makes me proud to be co...counted amongst you and yo...you all have my, urm... gratitude. Per...perhaps you'd be please to know that medical has, urm... cleared me and the post-trauma psychologist has discharged m...me stating "No significant traumatic psychosis beyond former self." ... Wh...whatever that is meant to mean.

It, urm.. has been long enough staring at the ceiling of this ra...rather boring medical bay to ma...make it time to share my fi...findings from the recent expedition to the surface of Magur. I would, urm, like to make it clear and Fi...Finn if you could back me up on this - these finding sh...should not be shared outside of the Research Group for now. We, urm... do not know what we are de...dealing with and a gold rush fo...for knowledge is the last thing we need.

As we can all read from, urm... conventional sources on astronomic formations, a dwarf planet coated in a thick blanket of io...ionic storms for atmosphere. Un...unless yo...you have proper shielding, I advise go...going near entering its atmosphere - tr....trust me, I learnt the hard way. What fewer data sources will be able to sh...share is that Magur used to be bigger. Much bigger. What ha...happened? Two to three hundred million years ago, something catastrophically large collided into it's surface - destroying all but a core with has now silicated.

Myself and Lab Team 007 went there to see if we could, urm... discovered more about this events. We found, ho...however, something very different. I'll upload here an electromagnetic image we took of the item.

We...we do not know what it is. Data-sources we do have point to alien origin, perhaps even of a K'Vosh origin yet we currently cannot confirm this. It is, urm... worth bearing in mind th...the area also plays host to A.I beings so, the lineage is not clear. What we did find... incredible is th...that we found it in a large chuck of rock. Ju...judging by the crater around it, this rock played a part in the breakup of Magur. Lab Team 007 were discussing many the...theories as to what and how and why it was em...embedded in such a thing. At the moment, we si...simply just do not know.




Finn, urm.... following this discovery, I would like to request re-purposing Lab 007 as an archaeology and xeno-historical team with as much data as we can, urm... mu...muster from those who trust us, along with a survey and archaeological specialised craft that can withstand such planetary landings. I, urm... after the Magur incident, shall also need to request new team members... and the neural addresses of the former teams next of kin... pl...please.

Team Leads,

Finn McCool, and the IRG|Ingenuus were last seen on the 19th of June, since then there has been no communication received by me or others within the Staff. I fear for the worst. The last information I have is a possible sighting at Ames. I've traveled there begin my own investigation into his disappearance.

I met with a Colony ship called the IG|Quinquereme_EXODUS, her CO goes by the name of Andra Sullivan. She has apparently been working with a group called the Interstellar Guardians and is within Coronado to keep an eye on the K'hara. I've included our full conversation. Should we let the TAZ know?

Interesting logs you provided - we'll have t' dig a little into who these Interstellar Guardians are.

I think it would be courteous t' inform the TAZ yes, just as a friendly heads up regarding this group. Especially if they can provide information regarding nomad activity in the area.

I just like to inform the group about ours returning from a long-term expedition. We gonna reconnect to the organisations network in a few moments which will take a couple hours due to the mass of data, for exchanging mission updates and general information. Let me tell you this at first, we have gained a couple very interesting phenomena recommended for further analysis. Dr. Samson,
I'm interested to hear what you've come up with; I'm not sure exactly all that you missed. Finn is currently in custody of the Core, which has thrown us into moderate dismay, however, we are managing to hang on. We need to truly find out where we want to go and figure out how we're going to get there as a group, with or without him. Aside from that, we're wrapping up certain projects to free our manning and time so we can tend to the internal details we must address.
