Code MESSAGE DECRYPTING... |||||||||||||||||||||||||| 100% Honourable Admiral Golanski, Tara Clarke speaking, Diplomatic Envoy for the Independent Miners Guild. I am contacting you on behalf of the Guild today regarding a matter of the greatest urgency. Yesterday, a relief convoy carrying Energy Components bound for Freeport 11 strayed off course in the Edge Worlds. Although the investigation into this incident is still underway, initial reports indicate some sort of jump hole stability anomaly. The convoy reached its planned waypoint at the jump hole leading from the Sigma Systems into Omicron-94 on schedule, however the jump hole we used in the past suddenly gone. With the convoy lost in the Edge Worlds, and the goods urgently required, the main convoy managed to navigate a route that led through Omicrons Gamma and Kappa to Delta, on a harrowing trip through the uncharted capital system of an IMG enemy. Fortunately the convoy managed to sneak through to the Freeport unharmed as you can see from our report. One ship, IMG|Warp.Speed, was carrying Basic Alloys and arrived late to our RV point in the Sigmas. The pilot was unable to re-establish contact with the main convoy and was forced to move onwards alone, with non-functional navigation maps and using unidentified jump hole anomalies. While the pilot did regrettably stumble into restricted Order space, for which we unreservedly apologise, we are glad that the situation was able to be resolved amicably. The professional manner in which the Order agent managed the incident is very much appreciated by the Guild. Post-mission assessment has identified only three possible pathways for relief convoys heading into Delta, where the Guild is heavily involved in the support of Freeport 11 Zoners. I am sure I do not have to explain that the access routes through Omicron Gamma are nonviable. Neither is access via Rho possible since the Guild's statement of support for Freeport 11 and denunciation of Core imperialism. Both routes would present an unacceptable level of risk to the shipments and Guild pilots. The Guild would like to take this opportunity to formally acknowledge The Order Space regulations, and we hope that - despite the recent regrettable incident – temporary passage rights can be acquired to allow our relief effort to reach Delta as safely as possible. The Guild is planning to continue its support of Freeport 11 and its involvement in the Delta conflict, and the Guild feels that this could offer interesting opportunities for wider cooperation between our groups. Considering our expertise in the bulk transportation of goods, logistical support is something we would like to offer the Order during this time of conflict. Deliveries of arms and other essential war-materials can certainly be discussed. Thereby, the Guild’s approach to counter Core aggression would be two-fold, on the one hand supporting Zoner resistance, and assisting the Order actively on the other. The Guild would be extremely grateful if you would see fit to grant us a temporary "Level 2 Clearance" to operate in Order space, allowing us safe passage to Omicron Delta. I will await your response, but due to the urgency of this situation a swift resolution is highly desirable. Thank you, Tara Clarke Diplomatic Envoy ¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤ End of Transmission ¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤

Grand Admiral Golanski speaking. The Order has also contributed to Freeport 11 crisis, going beyond call of duty to protect the most endangered station in Omicrons. We opposed likes of Auxesia and Core before you took interest in them. It saddens us that despite our sincerest of intentions, some come in without as much as a knock at our gates and merrily fly through our space in full ignorance of all Order patrols and installations on the way through. If IMG had bothered to halt for a momenth, think and ask for permission beforehand venturing into Order space, we would weight your request in greatly positive light given the circumstances and long status of peace with The Order. Nowadays, it is not so simple. In addition to extensive justification behind the straggler in system known as Omicron Mu, you will have also to provide explanation for following exchange between Interceptor 5 and leader of your convoy. I do not have to say, that The Order as organization found around not profit but certain ideology and very specific purpose, has zero tolerance towards corruption. We are not your border guard looking to fill our own pockets. All of us here signed up to fight despite all danger coming from being affilated to The Order. If it depended on me, individuals attempting to bribe Order Operative on duty would be shot on sight. Fortunatelly, our pilot takes less of an insult to such affair than me, not sharing such sentiment, to which you should thank him. Explain the situation, so our Command may evaluate this testimony in refference with your own explanation to events of Omicron Delta. Dutifully remember, honesty and loyalty will get you farther in the long term than attempting to cover up any details. The Order Overwatch out. RE: To: Admiral Golanski of the Order; From: IMG| - Independent Miners Guild - 05-16-2016 ![]() Grand Admiral Golanski, It has been quite a while since we last spoke and it is a pleasure to hear from an old friend. While it is indeed troubling that our transport entered without authorization Order-claimed space, it should be taken into account that it happened unintentionally, accidentally and while participating on a humanitarian aid mission. Considering there was never any security threat, with your permission, I believe we can put that matter to rest. However what deeply disappointed me and forced me to intervene in this communication was the conduct of our convoy leader, Julia Morrow. Her conduct was inappropriate and mischievous, something which I do not expect to see from a fellow Guild member. To her defense, Ms Morrow has spent too much time negotiating with corrupt RFP or GRP officers and thought this was a similar case. Grand Admiral, I have already ordered an investigation on Ms Morrow's actions as convoy leader and she is from now on ineligible to participate in any future Omicrons mission, irrelevant of the investigation's verdict. Supporting corruption is something which the Guild abhors and fights. I hope you are satisfied with the decisions I made for my Guild member. Because of the recent events which unfolded in Omicron Delta, as a Guild Master, I have condemned the Core on a public level and severely sanctioned their organization. This turn of events finally allows the Guild to support the Order without being concerned about the Core's reaction. We are also aware that your organization is considered as an enemy by all the Houses of Sirius and thus we would like to offer you resources and materials produced in House space or in the Taus. Much like our past agreements, such as the technology exchanges we signed or the assignment of an Order wing in the upper Taus, this is not a temporary contract, but a formal invitation to significantly develop our relations and support the primary force which combats the nomads. Unlike most organizations of Sirius, we remain constantly vigilant and cautious with the ever-looming alien threat. Sincerely yours, Guild Master Alan Smith RE: To: Admiral Golanski of the Order; From: IMG| - Omicron - 05-19-2016 ![]() Comm ID: The Order Overwatch
Grand Admiral Golanski speaking. High Command leans towards issuing you Silver-clearance access which would grant you freedom of travel from and towards Omicron Delta through our corridor to the Sigmas. However, we had also drawed up initial entry task for you to take care of immediately that will be considered adequate fine in regards to Omicron Mu "incursion". Should you agree, you will be granted sufficient privileges neccesary for you to not only accomplish this objective but freely travel to Freeport 11 unhindered by our ships. We have been awaiting two separate shipments of commodities required by us on our homeworld, that were lost in the initial Freeport 11 attack. The losses compose of mining machinery, required by our growing industry to begin more thorough exploitation of our world. I believe Aland is primary independent facility tasked with producing various machinery for industrial purposes, including mining. Therefore, I doubt this will be a problem for you to accomplish. Second shipment composed of various consumer goods that are simpler and cheaper to acquire in the colonies than to produce them on sight. In particular vast number of cargo composed of clothing for our population, as well various products and half-products required by our non-combatants to make living in Omicrons a little better. You will receive specific cargo manifest in the attachment concerning what we need. Alltogether, a proper Guild's convoy would satisfy our current demand and then some more for the above mentioned commodities. Afterwards, we may talk about further trade relations and increasing pressure on Omicron Delta. We will be awaiting your answer. The Order Overwatch out. I am pleased to report that the requested delivery has been made to Meskhenet and Dabadoru. The total manifest included 15,834 crates of consumer goods and 16,140 crates of mining equipment. Shipping Manifests We hope these deliveries make up for the materials you lost during the siege of Freeport 11, and that we have completed the task up to your expectations. Our understanding is that this should satisfy your requirement to receive Silver Level Clearance to operate within Order space for the purpose of supplying Freeport 11. Regarding further talks about trade between our organisations, the Guild is ready to listen to your proposals, and to discuss how we can cooperate going forward. We look forward to your response. Grand Admiral Golanski speaking. News of you completing the task issued by Order HC has reached our ears and according to us you have completed your side of the bargain. Your affilation will be included within our systems shortly, issuing Silver-class clearance that allows your vessels free passage and trade rights within Omicron Mu and Minor star systems. Ensure that your escorts also sport neccesary papers and mind the minefield. Our laws will be uptated shortly with you in mind. The Order Overwatch out. The Guild has already begun using our new status for the purpose of supplying Freeport 11, and freedom to traverse your space has proven invaluable. We are also involved with ongoing operations on Planet Nauru, providing military and organisational support to local groups of freedom fighters. I would not imagine a man with your military experience needs any explanation about the importance of secure supply lines to our boots on the ground there. This channel will remain open, so please feel free to contact us with any queries relating to our new status, or have any further need of material assistance. Grand Admiral Golanski speaking. Incursion to planet Nauru would surely disrupt Core's activities on the surface. However, the local population lacks the capability to be efficient combatant against the current opressors. Cretan's natives were decimated and for some time, even believed to be extinct after 818 A.S. Core assault. While I am not discarding the entire idea of supporting them, without adequate training and equipment they will be lead to their own death. Any succesful operation will require backing of a solid military presence and constant supply line. At the momenth, only limited number of shuttles may land safely without risking reprisal. Until safe port would be established and suitable entry point over Nauru be mapped out for fighter craft to fly through safely, our options are limited. The Order can offer practically endless supply of weaponry outclassing Core's equivalent by wide margin and to a small degree deliver it to your effort within our own capacity, as well provide training equal to that of an Order marine provided your freedom warriors can make their way to our homeworld. We will remain opportunistic and adapt our strategy until there's an opening in their defenses. As ugly as it sounds for local civilians, our best shot at Nauru involves Freeport 11 pulling majority Core's assets away to challenge current alliance. Our flights reinforcing Zoner defense will not suffer because of it I can assure you, it is merely our observation that any move of Core will result in catastrophy either way at this point, including mantaining current status quo. Shall they continue to dig in, we will defeat them be sheer attrition in the long run. The Order Overwatch out. |
