I was thinking more of an AI Frigate that could both mine and haul but it would be classed as something else maybe a Harvester/Collector of some sort, so it's just a single ship that is meant to grab resources instead of an actual mining operation with miners and transports.

It only took several years. We've were asking for other ships since forever. Even PRIME| had a 4.0 mining bonus on an ore without a single ship to mine with, because the ship we were supposed to use was not allowed in our ID or our tech cell.
