Navy-Cruiser-IV has been sanctioned for:

Quote:3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.

Consequences: Guns from your Cruiser have been removed and your trader has lost cash.

I personally, on my Admin char caught you up re-engaging in the California and had chat with you about it. I've advised you to visit the forums and read rules first, but you promised it won't happen again and ten minutes later you have violated another rule. It's still Role Play server and you always have to RP before shooting at someone. We hope now you'll pay attention at the Rules (link below), and it won't happen again.
