The Cymraeg

The Cymraeg are the name the people who remember and cherish their Welsh ancestors before the flight to Sirius - and are an ethnicity most concentrated within the Poole system. Due to the large Flourine reserves in the region, many found themselves under the employ of Planetform, BMM and others in the Bretonian mining industry. Despite lowering economic standards of living of the last decade, the Cymraeg have served their role for the Crown with pride.

That was, at least, until recent developments have led the Cymraeg people to the point of economic destitution. Increasing pressure for lower wages and higher productivity has begun to bring the Cymraeg people to desperation. The needs of the Gallic war on Bretonnia has taken it's toll on it's citizenry; the Cymraeg taking a heavy price for the continued war effort.

Anger and disloyalty have begun to foster within the Cymraeg people. They may be few in number, yet the sentiment that their sacrifices for the Crown's war is being rewarded with corporate exploitation is spreading. In seeking explanations of their plight, some have begun to investigate rumours that Planetform Inc's management have slid into illicit management practices – if this were true, and there were criminal activities driving this economic shift...who knows what the Cymraeg shall do.

The Cymraeg Dragons

The Cymraeg Dragons are a recently formed and disorganised faction within the Cymraeg people, who have decided to make it their responsibility for reversing the Cymraeg's plight and protecting them from economic exploitation. In a state of desperation, with few resources at their disposal, it is yet to be seen who they shall become. As political analysts within the Bretonnian Broadcast Centre say in their few reports on the matter; the future of these people depends on how the various political movements within the Crown's house react to their crisis.
