Matthew "Ravager" Williams - Printable Version

Matthew Williams was born in 795 AS. at Planet Manhattan in the New York system. He grew up in unusual conditions - as a children of quite controversional couple: a Freelancer trader and a Liberty Rogue. His parents met for the first time onboard the Bering's Freeport somewhere around 795 AS. and that's how their very special relationship started. After a short while, his father gave up legal routes and finished as the Rogue supporter, partly thanks to mother's influence.

He's been rather a stubborn teenager - had a lot of arguments with his family. He played truant quite often during his high school period and was nearly expelled from it. His behaviour has changed with the day he met Emily, a girl he felt in love at first sight. He changed his behaviour, became more dysciplined and got better marks at school. Emily's been his girlfriend until their paths separated after university.

As the saying goes - a good smuggler never gets caught, and it was true in his father's case. Matthew had a chance to study on one of Manhattan's university and graduated with average grades. He sat in the Barghest's cockpit soon after that day and flew along with some Rogue buddies across the Liberty - enforcing their own laws within their guns' range. His mother's ship got decompressed after two years resulting in a painful death in cold space. His father disappeared two months after those events - he's been partly broken-minded and either commited a suicide or died of yet unknown reason.

It was a painful loss for Matt and he felt an massive anger in his heart. He spent more time in space, flew with more aggression - so just with shattered nerves. And frankly, not much have changed after he pulled himself together, he still enjoyed his aggressive stance, but didn't open fire that often.

His buddies from Alcatraz became the new family and axis mundi of his world for the next years.
