Miss Loyola,

we are aware of your recent formation that you are head of. The National Council of Malta.
As a part of organisation that was considered and I hope that still is, sword of Maltese and their protectors, I greet your arrival.

Commune nor Samarran Raiders never aimed to take the leading seat, we were always either protecting the current administrations or keeping the said seat away from those unwanted, that would only mean harm to Malta.

Of course, that doesent mean that we would decline invitation to have our representative in some sort of global council that once existed, considering that we are vital part of Maltese society and of course, if there would be such happening.

As a first note to you, I need to mention possible uprising against your ideals but not from us, nor the citizen, rather by Ghosts of Razgriz. We just represent the will of citizen, the same ones that years ago accepted my men and me as their own. Unexpected events that you would never believe to happen, can occur in your time being here.

Aside of all that, I hope that you will consider that with whom we work with, and realize that there is no harm for you in all that. We are just keeping things secure beyond Siniestre cloud.

So, consider this as warm greetings, and invitation to bring Malta to it's old glorious days. I will also be happy to offer my men, to train your personnel for combat,

Nomak out.

INITIALIZING MESSAGE

Good evening, Signor Nomak,

Not a head, just a speaker. But you are still contacted the right person.

I am glad to see that your experience allows you to see that Council really stand for Maltese interests in the first place. It is also a very good call that Commune as the Samarran Raiders still tied to Malta and it's people. Let's hope that this friendship won't be ruined by enemies and detractors.

As for your integration into Maltese society, we do consider it as high enough. For now we are ready to conduct detailed consultations regarding the military matters. We are open for the consultations on the other spheres, but that's the matter of time and negotiations.

We are still in the political process with Ghosts of Razgriz, for now it is hard to tell how it will turn. And be sure that the Council won't trust anyone on word, we will judge them by their actions. I also have an information about the combat clashes between 101st and the Commune forces. Can you confirm this and if so we would like to revive more information about the reasons of the conflict.

Sincerely yours,
Enma Loyola.
The National Council of Malta.

Miss Loyola,

combat clashes did happen between our organisations, yes. There is of course a reason for that.

Before the one you heard of that happened, at the same evening, pilot Havier Salazar with Maltese origins got pretty much provoked by 3 101st vessels while heading to dock on Rochester. We and Alcatraz Rogues already had some joint operations down there.

So he was first told to submit a report to them, which is kind of silly you know? Then, vessel with call sign Texas threatened to my pilot how they would like to shoot him. There's a black box which could justify this, if needed. Then, pilot Lokke arrived and in California, provocations continued. 101st was inviting nearby police officer to shoot my men. On the end, they got what they were asking for.

Aside of that, I have witnessed Gabriela Casta's betrayal of Nacion in Coronado, while I served in Oracles order, Casta was bribing Auxesians to hunt my student. On the end, after they blew up him, I ended up being hunted by same ones.

Therefore, we see them as a traitors and foolish clowns. They are going around Sirius, looking for someone to use for their goals and that is my dear, anyone, in their way, even biggest enemy of Malta. As they like to mention, they have their own path which doesen't if you ask me, include safety and prosperity of Malta and Maltese.

We do not really have any understanding why they do this, they speak of somewhat way of their own. All I know that I did contact them and asked to stop what they are doing but, without any success.

Your relations with Ghosts won't affect our view on you of course, until it becomes harmful for Malta and it's people. Though, I would advise you to end everything with them for your and Maltese good.

Our allies Alcatraz Rogues are already informed regarding all this and are standing by. As for us, we consider them traitors and hostile to us due to everything they did until now.

As for the further negotiations, I will let you to begin with, if you have anything. If not, by the time then. Safe skies,

Nomak out.

INITIALIZING MESSAGE

Signor Nomak,

For now I can only say that this conflict is causing a big concern. Despite everything I cannot welcome any side here, more or less both the Commune and Ghost are making a grave mistake. No matter what, but Maltese and friends of Malta killing each other, something went terribly wrong. I'm afraid that this conflict have a potential to grow, you have already mentioned that Rogues from Alcatraz are involved into it as well.

I am not sure what Council will decide, but I doubt that it will support any side here. Of course we will make our own investigation and do everything that is possible to end this conflict or at least to not let it grow. For now, as I said, I will provide the Council with material that you shared with me. This is all that I can do in my position.

But I also wish to discuss some other things, that generally not related to the conflict between the Commune and Ghosts.

You see the Council rating current stand of affairs on Malta as critical. In the worst case, if the whole situation won't change, it can lead to fall of the Planet into the hands of our enemies. The Council is already developing a plans of returning a strength to Malta. Of course we will have to mobilize most of the potential that we have. If you are your people still want to be the sword of the Nacion, then I can guess that Commune is willing support efforts of the Council in returning a power and healthiness to Malta?

Sincerely yours,
Enma Loyola.
The National Council of Malta.

Miss Loyola,

with what I've seen and heard, it would be a hard decision to end up conflict with Ghosts. Though, that could be considered if some changes would happen.

Currently, due to their acts I don't see them as a good, or as a valuable asset of Malta but, if Ghosts of Razgriz would change their mind and actually would like to prove opposite of what we do believe, I would perhaps decide to hold my men and give them some decent time. That is of course, hard to happen, from their side.

On the end, our beliefs are caused by their actions, not because of our nonsense suspicions. For now, as I've noted my men, we see them as hostile but, we will not open fire on them until they do make us to do so, or we catch them in business with our enemies, or enemies of Maltese.

As a matter of getting Malta stronger and being it's sword, you do not even need to ask. Though, I need to mention that it's not only one of our missions, we do have quite a lot of work. I'd require you to co ordinate your intentions perfectly so we could align our time and forces for everything. Safe skies,

Nomak out.
