The High Command is well aware of the Nomad structure that has recently been discovered in Omicron Delta. Given that you have seen it with your own eyes, I probably have no need to tell you that we are facing a great opportunity to understand and adapt these creatures to our needs for the betterment of the human race. There are plans for this region, but the full extend of them is not yet certain. I'm afraid I cannot tell you more yet. Your zeal is noted and might be of service to you in the future. We'll see.
