My screen shaking - Titan* - 07-02-2016

That really annoying issue started to happening when I upgraded my windows to win10

When I move around my screen is shaking and if I turret steer it is even more worse

[8:53:31 PM] Thunderer: You jumped oddly
[8:53:35 PM] Thunderer: Spazzed around
[8:53:46 PM] Thunderer: Maybe something's not functioning properly at your end
[8:53:59 PM] Thunderer: You jittered
[8:54:01 PM] Titan: maybe lag
[8:54:10 PM] Titan: and
[8:54:10 PM] Thunderer: Didn't seem like lag
[8:54:14 PM] Thunderer: Caps lag differently
[8:54:18 PM] Thunderer: This was like snub jittering

When I turret steer Spacedust(dunno what to call that space sparks show up when you move) on the screen is like this [Image: 41643334-Vector-lightning-icon-Stock-Photo.jpg]

If needed I have Nvidia GTX 550 TI video card - 8GB ram and i7

I've gotten this a but myself

RE: My screen shaking - Yber - 07-02-2016

sounds like screen tearing

download some freware like trial dxtory and monitor your fps ingame, see if it drops randomly and what number it is

does your computer get really hot when you play?

RE: My screen shaking - Internity - 07-02-2016

V-sync should help against screen tearing.

not when I play freelancer. My fps stays around 160-180.

How to do that for freelancer?

Uhh... Do you always play FL with that framerate or just recently?

Yes I just discovered now, didn't know that. What's up with it?

RE: My screen shaking - Skorak - 07-02-2016

Well that is what causes the jittering on other people's clients and was always regarded as cheating. No offense intended but that is already the problem for them.

Why it jitters on your screen is odd.

Edit: Might also only be since Win10 upgrade. Had the same where it auto unlocked my fps and I needed to limit them too.

RE: My screen shaking - Thunderer - 07-02-2016

It is because the ship moves. The particles in space always reflect the ship's movement, and that happens in this case too. It's easier to notice with caps because they are bigger than the usual jitterers, snubs.

It is also easier to notice when the game runs faster ;)
