First of all let me introduce myself, I am Rosa Veraz, Commander of the 68th Special Operations Wing of the National Council of Malta.
My reason to contact your Division is simple, the Division 9 surely has a huge amount of intel regarding many organizations out there?
Well, we could help each other in this regard, as I mentioned the National Council endeavors a better relationship to yours.
I personally thought about a shared database, for sure not everything will have to be shared but this can be negotiated further once you show interest.
If just this isn't enough for you to start to actively deal with us, I could offer you information and intel nobody except me and a few more individuals in Sirius know about.

Another Maltesian Semi-military organization? So you are aware of our Division exists? And would like to cooperate with us? Right now, the Colonel Red Rose unavailable so I'm speaking on her behalf. You may, or may not know me - my name is Alan Green.
Recently, we've faced hostille actions from one of Maltesians Militaries - the Ghosts of Razgriz or rather known as One-o-First. And that is not first incident on our experience. We are not against new partners, besides Maltesians always been great at combats. If you indeed are about to cooperate with us, then we only appreciate it. But new relations has to begin from something, prove us you are helpful and not about to turn your daggers against us and hit our back.

The Ghosts made you trouble recently? Interesting to know. Thanks for this hint, I will think about this when I meet them again.
On our relations towards them I cannot speak for the whole Council but only for my wing and myself. The majority of my agents including myself here, disregard the rise of the Ghosts. We consider them as nothing but shadows of their former selfs, not as somebody who could bring back our Nación's glory.
