I find the bounty board a bit complex.
Would it be easier to follow and check bounties if board would be split to collectable by Lawfuls, collectable by unlawfuls and others (like escorting, collectable bounties by all etc.) ?

i second that... for a BHG its often hard to decide who posted a bounty. - and its common practice to post anonymously in RP... but BHGs are bound to only accept lawfuls.
by splitting it into lawfuls, unlawfuls and others.... it would be much clearer, especially since the forum bounties are now having a much greater significance than before.

Surely the thread title in a bounty could cover the nature of the bounty that is posted? People could take a little time when they post these things and not just post random bounties because someone stole their ice-cream? I have doubts about making bounty hunting any easier - before you log on , just check the site for a few minutes. If you are going to murder for money, best prepare yourself. It's only polite and it makes good sense!
Any suggestions are welcome as to how it could operate best though, so feel free to post. I'll do what I can.

Well, one suggestion would be to make the wall of stickies smaller, or perhaps make a dedicated forum for these stickies while leaving the "smaller jobs" in another? Because quite frankly... it's messy as hell in there.

a) merge the police factions bounties into one post, under one heading - Interpol?
and do the same for military factions, corporations, and then merge the unlawful factions bounties as well.

I was trying to find some guidelines how to post. I vaguely remember seeing something like that, but I couldn't find it anymore.
I think one problem that is that bounty expiration is not taken care off.
Maybe have some sort of 30 day max time limit on the personal bounties. These "effective" indefinitely is a bit ineffective.
By grouping the bounties or jobs under the rough categories I meant that it's easier to browse the bounties concerning you. And it could split up the stick-wall to those 3 (or more) categories I mentioned in the original post and repeated by Ximen. Also it would be nice to see Misc section for trading or escorting and such jobs.
Now a bounty/job offer can slip now to forgotten realm of page 2 very quickly even if it's only 3-4 days old.
So IMO decent posting instructions and grouping is needed.

Would it be possible to create more subforums?
A lawful subforum, unlawful subforum and one for universal bounties.
This would reduce immediate clutter upon entry to the Employment office, reducing our current list of pinned topics two three folders.
The main area of the employment office could be used for miscellaneous jobs.

Yeah... I'd like to see these broken down into smaller sections as well. Leaving the Employment Office for, well, employment and dealing with bounties in the appropriate miniaturized areas. Right now it really quite confusing (not the right word, but it makes me feel funny looking at it), not to mention only 7 normal posts being visible.:wacko:
