What about this?
This is clear miss understanding between an inRP perspective and ooRP perspective. You was on about Core not being allowed in Tohoku through an inRP Kusari Laws/Codex, while the Stella was clearly statings through the Server Rules and Core ID/ Core Official ID we are allowed to be in there due to our ZOI.

I'd like to go ahead and point out here that, as of late, fighting Core| ships has been probably the most frustrating time in my history of playing on this server.
Please remember that there are people on the other end of those red blips you're shooting, and not pixels to dispense blue messages.
