Keep it polite and refrain from throwing mud. Remember: 3) Poor in-game behaviour, characterised by repeated incidents which are harmful to server gameplay, and not merely once-off incidents or the exercise of tactical advantage, such as outnumbering, outgunning or outthinking an opponent.

You do realize that "cloaked" evidence is not valid, yes?. People were sanctioned for it already. Friendly advice not to use it for RPs. Just before anyone gets mad and pulls the same move that was pulled against Divine and some others before. Keeping it for your MD is fine, that's faction internal stuff, I would say. But trying to get RP consequences over cloaked recorded stuff is not a good idea.

Which Server Rules does this come under and get covered by? As far as I am aware, K'Hara can't do RP while under cloak but everyone self can.

It's not new the fact that cloaking devices are canon or not. Remember the Aland shipyard conquest update?

It's one of the many examples where people got sanctioned over with no precise server rule stating it. Let me dig up the old sanctions. Takes a few mins. I mean to recall they got slapped for metagaming even. That's why I wanted to warn you before anyone does it
Edit: Also yeah, it's weird thing. Sometimes they are, sometimes not. Staff should clarify it finally. I just wanted to warn you guys, given there were sanctions before. Most under a different staff but eeeeeh, it's all anything but clear.

I poked the GM Lounge to try push them to clarify it asap. Let's see what gets out of it, until then sneaky Shaggy might restrains himself or not.

I re-read all the server rules as I usually do. No "Cloak" words have been mentioned. Maybe it could be sub-intended as "Metagaming"...
Edit: However, at that distance, Cloak sounds can be heard. So his presence was perceivable.

House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players and factions found breaking House Laws within Outer Regional Space, only if they are personally there to witness to the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID.
Don't think this counts for Core

The Core ID isn't considered a House Military/Police/Intelligence ID yet.
