Regarding: Raiden Station
I recently constructed a station known as Raiden Station in the Independent World of Galileo. The purpose of this station provided by Charles Shipping was a way station for any wayfarer passing through the system in needs for supplies or respite. Unfortunately one of your inept pilots decided to blow the place to smithereens costing me a fortune. What the hell KNF was doing playing around with their guns in Galileo will remain a mystery to me as they have no right to do so. For the damage and loss, Charles Shipping owned and overseen by myself, demand compensation of $25M to repair my financial situation.

I would like first of all to acknowledge that setting up the equivalent of a space tent in the middle of an interstellar highway might be an interesting business prospect, but unfortunately, it had failed to be reported to the government of Kusari (at least) which, through its law enforcement agencies, and in conjunction with the equivalent authorities in the House of Liberty, ensures that the independent systems of Kepler and Galileo remain free and undisturbed for the traffic and trade between the houses. Ames Research Station, as you may know from your journeys in the area, is to be considered an exception following historical circumstances, and does not lend itself as a precedent for any further projects.
In regard your compensation claims, I am willing to make a settlement in your favour, but it requires that you disclose a bank account to send the compensation you claim. Please reply on this channel regarding this at your earliest convenience.
As a final remark, although Kusari supports no legislation in terms of building permits in the Kepler and Galileo system, the KNF is and will be opposed to any civilian and military emplacements deployed along the main routes of Kepler and Galileo, and will work in conjunction with Liberty forces to ensure that the independent systems remain independent of any interests, other than the free travel between Kusari and Liberty.

What you fail to understand is that Raiden Station for all intent and purposes was an Independent Station and only had business interests yet no direct connections with any particular faction. The compensation can be proceed towards account MrCharles.
