I am assigning one agent - code-name CROW - to this job. He has all the training needed to look through the vessel. Unfortunately, if the Harmony is not infected, and merely has infected personnel onboard or had some onboard, we might only find logs. Which...could be spotty, at best. I can only hope this "CROW" is as smart as you chalk them up to be, it wasn't easy smuggling them aboard Salem and then demanding an emergency refueling on Juneau, but the diversion worked. "CROW" has indeed been deployed on the Harmony, all you need to do now is let us know when he's due back, or if he can handle exfil himself. Although the latter would be convenient I doubt it'll be that easy given the current state of affairs and the rigidly enforced lock-down, keep me posted Colonel, there's a lot riding on this more so than just both our heads.

If Harmony is clean, then we must look to the Liberty Security Forces for this infection. But for now, the best we can do is wait.
Wait..and hope CROW comes up empty. Because if we do not...then I fear the Order has much more to do then lazily patrol. That, and I get to call your Fleet Admiral and ask if Liberty is still sure it can handle the Nomads on their own.

CROW has found little to nothing so far, but I have an idea - get me the files that detail everything that happened to Battlegroup Harmony since the explosion that drydocked it, including every current investigation that is going on regarding Harmony. I'll let you use your judgement, but if I can find some links, I might be able to make a few inquiries and figure out what the hell is going on.
It's a longshot, Avery...A very long shot. Let's hope we find something.

As big a longshot as it might be, I don't think the Republic can afford us not considering it. Sit tight Colonel, I'm going to try getting you those files under the excuse of standardized investigation. If all goes well, my next transmission to you will have the files you want attached within. Have there been any investigations into Battlegroup Harmony since... 819 - 9 -19? Specifically I am referring to the join date of Emilia Young, an LSF agent who was reassigned to Battlegroup Harmony following the act of sabotage that crippled the dreadnought. She's the only newcomer since that day, and I need to know if anything happened after that, Reeves.
Give me your findings as soon as possible.

This was the first time suspicions on Battlegroup Harmony arose, since this lone bomber flew under their colors.

I am yet to confirm this person, but I'm suspicious of the wingmen that were with her. Names "Kelly O'Brien and Emilia Young". Look into everything you can, I'm going to dump all the remotely related files on you, don't worry either, nothing classified you don't need to know is mixed in just data from the archives and potential evidence.
I will focus all time, effort and resources I can into relocation and retrieving Alexis, but I need to know that I can trust you with handling this K'haran subterfuge without veering off. I am equally as frustrated as you, so trust me when I say I will literally stop at nothing.

I mean what I say a vast majority of the time and I mean it when I say I will ensure her safety and security with my own life if need be. I'm sure the crew of Salem will do the same since we all operate under the oath of defending the Republic and her people, Alexis is one of those people. A wingman Callsign 'Sentinel' pursued the infectees to Coronado where they reacquired Rosalina Romanov a now confirmed infectee. Alexis had already been taken from there before he arrived... it's likely they could have fled to Drake or further behind our jurisdiction. I will hold the fort so to speak back in Liberty, once you get Alexis back, I'll personally see to it that she remains safe aboard Dreadnought Salem under the strictest protocol I can put together.
