I'm not sure if the two of us had contact before or not, je suis Pierre LaFlamme, Général en Chef Du Conseil, et I would like to request information from you about certain matters.

A few days ago we received word about traitors in the Liberty Navy getting arrested for treason et I would like some confirmation on the matter. Additionally I would like to know a bit more about the exact nature et extent of the issue, whether it affects the struggle of Liberty, Bretonia et their allies against the conquest of the Gallic Royal Navy, et if it does, to what extent.

Furthermore I would like to request information on the main profile, modus operandi, area of operations et range of applied forces on average of Division Nine of the Liberty Security Force. In addition it would also be handy to know the list of utilized technology, last week one of our pilots mistook an agent for a pirate because his use of an unlawful craft while incognito.

I hope it is understandable that if we are to work together more closely et actively, I'd like to know a bit more about whom we are working with. In return I'm ready to share similar information with you as well. I'm awaiting your response.
