someone told me there are exact numbers for ships' maneuverability characteristics
for example, sabre's sideslip ability is 76% and turning rate is 60 degree pre second, and many other parameters...
however, i can not find anything by google ..
anyone know this?

Try using the datastorm. When seeing the ship there, all the values for it are shown on the info window.
