My name is James Blake, commanding officer of the LNS-Yosemite. Two days ago I intercepted a Outcast Captical Ship attempting to stop cargo traffic in Orbit of Planet Manhattan. When I attempted to pursue the vessel it fled. Right to your station. I demand that the NC-MNS-Bellona's IFF and Transponder be barred from the station. Lets not have this become another recurring issue.

Thought our days of dealin with this sort of behavior was over. We ain't seen hide nor hair of 'em in Liberty fer quite some time. I'll do everythin I can to make sure this won't happen again. Now, I ain't offerin up no sort of bribe here, nor would I insult a member of the Navy in such a way. What I'm keen on doin is compensatin y'all fer the work you're doin. A way of apologizin fer the staff of that station. Those stations are independent of Junker Congress, but we ain't keen on 'em puttin all Junker's in this position. I'll be havin a word with the crew runnin that station.
