The Agency has grown tired of being undermined by your organisation. The Agency has ordered that you fully review all personnel and remove those unfit from active duty. I myself was surrounded and fired upon by the 5th for 'impersonating an agent of liberty'. This is a false allegation as I have been acting as an Agent of the Agency at all times. Please discontinue to disrupt Agency operation. It is clear now that the law enforcers of liberty are filled with corrupt individuals. Direct action must be taken.

Listen to me very carefully. You fire upon the Liberty Navy officier, you posted a warrant arrest for Liberty Navy offciers without any permission of the Liberty autorities. You claim that you work for some 'agency' that doesn't exist in the real world; you are either crazy or just playing crazy to gain something only you know. The Agency finds your response disappointing. Not only are we attempting to remove all corruption from any law organisation in Sirius, we are also attempting to protect you. The removal of all corruption will prepare the Houses for a stage in which they can counter the Gallic threat effectively and work together to reclaim any lost systems.
