A question WTF is a Liberty Police Inc guard and is this still Lawfull. I know LPI but LPI Guard do not know. Can someone tell me about this. Thank You.

Split that post off from the Liberty Navy message dump. It really isn't that difficult to find the proper section. Check where you post next time. This is like the tenth time already.
Guard factions are a remainder of faction owned systems. They are usually just a heavily armed hostile version of the same faction.
LPI Guard is just protecting Illinois.

Hey-o!
The "Guard" part on the IFFs, be it LPI, LN or others, means that you have entered a restricted system where civilians and so on are not allowed. And as such the "Guard" IFF will show as red (hostile) as ships/npcs with that IFF are meant to attack any ship that is not allowed in that space. A good example would be Z21 in New York, or the Alaska, Illinois systems and so on.
