The Order has received your "demands" if such can be called such. The internal discussion has lead to an impasse therefore I intended to contact you directly.

I do not intend to talk about ideological differences, why or who, it is irrevelant to the topic of the discussion. Some things however need to be clarified. Why is Hellfire Legion harboring declared enemies of The Order, forcing us to seek help in unlikely places like 5th fleet you yourself despise? The conditions you have put in allow Battlegroup Auxesia to indiscrimnately attack The Order and our allies anywhere they want save for few systems you claim as your own and take shelter in your homeworld of Vespucci whenever the tide pushes them all the way into Commonwealth borders, restarting the cycle of perpetuating violence anew. Officer Kahl, while free to speak on his own behalf, was in no way able to accept and discuss diplomatic concerns relating to The Order as a whole. Why you have not contacted the proper authority of The Order Overwatch who are in fact able to make that happen evades my understanding. We cannot in clear conscience agree to what you propose, unless there is something more to that that I missed. With that, we are open for further exchange until resolution is found.

Another matter is not a demand or agreement, however couple of request in bestest of intentions. First, the laws of Commonwealth had not been shared to The Order and neural net search among the official documents yielded nothing. If such set of rules exists, we would like to receive it in light of most recent events between our two organizations. Second, we have currently an investigation concerning pilot Jack Harrison last known to have joined the ranks of Hellfire Legion, primary fleet. For a start, we require to know about his current status and non-classified information concerning pilot's non-classified activities. Is Harrison still serving with you? Has he behaved in matter that could be considered suspicious?

I'd extend my apologies for being indisposed but it seems that none are in order, 'Grand Admiral'.

I am Lord Commander Samuel Locklear, and I too was once with the Order. I was a crewman of the OCV Ma'at, a recon cruiser lost in combat against the LSF in California, whose pods were recovered by the Hellfire Legion.

The Resheph class recon cruiser was built around the very same scanner suite that the Legion traded to you in exchange for the venerable Incursus twenty years ago, a fine ship that continues to serve the Legion to this day.

In case I'm not making myself clear, what I am trying to say is the recent turn of events between us has made me extremely disappointed. The Legion and Order had a long history of cooperation, but the olive branch snapped the minute you began cooperating with the Fifth Fleet against anything other than a squid.

Auxesia's modus operandi sometimes leaves much to be desired, but never once have I witnessed them harm Libertonian civilians, openly side with the Republic, or violate our sovereign space. Perhaps, most importantly, they've picked the side which sees the Republic of Liberty for what it is - a decrepit husk of a state prone to treachery and warmongering, ripe for infestation and infighting. This is a fact you seem to have forgotten.

They assist us directly in combat against the Republic, you do not. In fact I had your own Johnathan Kahl who we worked so hard to strike a truce with fire on me today while flying 5th fleet colors. How unfortunate that Star Colonel Sahega's time was wasted.

On to your accusation.

Jack Harrison was a PFC of the Legion, the lowest of the pecking order. He left voluntarily almost half a year ago, and I haven't heard anything from him since. I believe this renders any potential treason on his part null and void as he is frankly no longer our problem or responsibility, nor was he ever in a position to do any serious harm. None the less, I'd be very interested in seeing what evidence (if any) you have to back up your claim.

As for our laws, the Commonwealth has taken their sweet time in actually drafting the damn thing. Bureaucracy is the bane of action and while the pen may be mightier than the sword it is certainly slower. That all being said it should come as little surprise to you that we're not particularly receptive of foreign warships gallivanting around our space, as one of your own Primary Fleet recon cruisers - the Tombstone if memory serves - decided to do before any of this even began, while openly taunting Legion forces over an open channel.

In summary;

1.) We have no interest in your little war with Auxesia, in so far as it will not be fought in our back yard.
2.) Vessels of cruiser class and up are not permitted to enter Commonwealth space without express permission from a member of Legion High Command in addition to an armed escort.
3.) Should you choose to assist the Republic in open combat against us or our allies, you will have a very, very bad day.

I believe that covers all necessary bases, Michal. It's a pity that you've chosen the wrong side of House Liberty. Should you ever wish to change that and choose to judge us by who we are rather than our allies, then we can talk.
