I am starting to survey the Coronado system and systems adjacent to it for a suitable spot for my base.

Hello there, you have sent a transmission regarding a idea for constructing a new installation within the Crayterian sector. I will be stopping you right now before any further plans or blue prints are made.

Firstly you are to make yourself familiar with the Crayter Laws and then secondly you will need read and understand Article IV - Foreign Installations.

Once you have done that and applied with the form within the Crayter Laws and wait for an approval you will not construct any base within Crayterian space. If we get any form of reports come through with a new unknown station then the chances are, it will be yours and if that is the case we will have a problem on our hands.

I advice you get this done before any other plans or meetings happen with your work companions.

This time I am doing this by the books this time, that's why I wanted to talk this out with you. I won't do anything before its approved by the government.
I have also sent you a log of findings at planet Baja.
Don't worry admiral I will not construct a base within Crayter space until its fully approved by you.
I have told you, I am acting alone, and anyone who has the same goals as me is more than welcome to join me, but as my goals are not known to you I wish to clear some things with you.
I am a Crayter Civilian and wish to make a Crayterian Shipping organization, so that the military won't have to waste it's resources with shipping and so that there is someone who's sole purpose is that, transport of goods from and to the Crayterian Republic.
I seriously hope this cleared some things up with you.

It seems you are trying to do things by the books. But you are still not proving me to with the requested information in the template. I have not seen any acknowledgement of you having a read and great understanding of the Crayter Laws. Not only this but it seems you do not know already that the Crayter Republic already have a Movers Division, there is no need for you to make a solo Division when we have one which is in need of pilots.

I have not received anything about Planet Baja from yourself. So if you could send it to me via this channel then it will be most appreciated.

Again I advice you get a good knowledge of our laws and then read Article IV and then fill the form out and send it back via this channel.

I believe that Movers Division is still directly affiliated with the government, what I'm thinking about is a privately owned "corporation" of sorts which would include not only Crayter people but to widen out our horizons and to do business with some of the Liberty and Bretoinan Corporations.
If you agree with what I said above your blessing would be appreciated.
As for the findings ill be transmitting them in this transmission

I have received the findings from the probe on planet Baja, and besides the findings charted from before our probe found trace amounts of potassium.
Which gave me an idea!
If we can get our hands on some Hydrocarbons and some Nitrate Salts we can experiment on ballistics.
I will launch another probe on the other side of the planet so I can see if the potassium is just in trace amounts or if it is in any usable quantities.
