Can a freelancer get a Battlecrusier - Mr Muppet - 09-24-2016
Hi
I'm new to the game and wondering how can i get a battlecruiser without joining the navy?

Hey there -
Unfortunately you can't fly a Battlecruiser with a Freelancer ID. You don't have to though join a faction to fly one, as you can get a Navy or Intelligence faction ID, which allows Battlecruiser usage.

As @Arioch mentioned, you cannot use that with a Freelancer ID, but as he also mentioned, you can use it with a Navy, Intelligence or Police (some houses) ID.
I would like to add also, that you can get it on a Freelancer ID if you managed to offer a good enough role play to the administrators for a special operative ID

As Xenon said, Freelancer ID itself does not allow you to use a cruiser, but you can technically fly it as a freelancer, should you make an SRP request with good roleplay behind it, so admins decide to give you an Special Operative ID. Have a look at few of them, in the link Xenon posted.

Especially that thread, since new players make those mistakes. There are many ways to receive a sanction and believe me, you don't want to be at the receiving end.
When something frustrates you, remember to breathe deeply and let it slide, do not engage in verbal (or any other kind of) fencing with the guy.
A sanction is way worse than anything you might lose in-game to another player. Trust me on this.

Yes but a sanction just means one less player in the community. We complain about there not being as many players as there used to be but somehow the amount of people getting sanctioned is higher than ever.

You can fly Bustard Civilian carrier and Corvo Gunboat/Cruiser hybrid with Freelancer ID tough .
