V-Sync with Radeon cards - Neo88 - 09-25-2016 Used to play with Nvidia cards without VS and capped at 120fps Now with Radeon i can't turn it off and go above 60fps. Tried Radeon pro, D3DOverrider, Riva tuner and still can't force it off. Anyone knows how? RE: V-Sync with Radeon cards - Durandal - 09-25-2016 Try dxtory. RE: V-Sync with Radeon cards - Neo88 - 09-25-2016 Yes, tried him to and nothing happens... RE: V-Sync with Radeon cards - MÃmir - 09-25-2016 Try Radeon Pro version 1.1.0.6 and check "Force aggressive API detection ", then use dxtory to recap. At least, that's how it worked over a year ago when I played on a Radeon card. The newer versions of Radeon Pro did nothing, only 1.1.0.6 worked. RE: V-Sync with Radeon cards - Neo88 - 09-25-2016 I tried that. Saw your posts about that version and it did nothing for me unfortunately... Every damn program i tried didn't work. I have HD4870 card if that is important at all... Thanks anyway RE: V-Sync with Radeon cards - Clavius - 09-25-2016 I had an AMD card (AMD r9 280x) and only time I had more then 60 fps is when I was in windowed mode (I think if you get a 144hz monitor you will be able to get more FPS on FL or if you get a Nvidia gpu) |
