The Interspace Commerce - the richest corporation in the whole Sirius. Primary activities are financing construction of trade lanes, jump gates etc. as well as giving loans and offering insurances to it's customers. Secondary role goes to IC's Shipping Division which is actively shipping lots of valuable commodities across the Sirius.
System and Coordinates of Base (or you may send these privately): 4C - West side of the Planet Manhattan.
Reason(s) for Construction: The Park Avenue Station serves as the new HQ of Interspace Commerce.
