Greetings.
I'm considerin' buldin' a base in yer nice system of Coronado, and I'd like to ask a few things. Now, to avoid confusion, if I decide to build the base, I do intent to follow all yer procedures, so don't worry 'bout that.
Now, to the questions. Since buildin' a base is no small investement, I'd like to ask if yer Republic would be interested in buyin' Cloak Disruptors and eventualy Cloaks, since those are the things I'd like to manufacture on that station.
From this question, the second one logically follows. While I wasn't able to find anythin' 'bout nomad tech in yer list of contraband, I know very well it's usually illegal to carry those things. But since manufacturing cloaks ain't possible without bits of nom tech, I'd like to ask if ya have anythin' against transportin' that stuff, and if so, can some kind of licence be obtained?
Regardin' suppliers... I imagine Kusari Republic corporations aren't exactly allowed to yer system. Are there any other shippin' companies banned from Coronado? Or parts of it? I 'now the area around Sabah is restricted for example.
Do ya have any prefered locations ya'd like the base to be (or not to be), or do I have a free hand in choosing me location?
Are ya Movers open to private contracts? I'd like to pay fer their services, to hurry up the buildin'.
And lastly... what's yer opinion about (legaly obtained from Junkers) Pittbul, the so-called Pirate train? While I own and fly Serenity, havin' one of these ships would help me supply the base.

It is always nice to hear that friends want to build facilities within our space. This does not only help us here at the Republic, but it can bring us closer and we could gain a more trusted ally and a defense wing or force. We are glad that you already state to follow our procedures already.
Understanding that building a base is no small investment, it can take up alot of time and dedication from all of your pilots. With the offer you are speaking of about purchasing cloak disruptors and eventually cloaks. This we can speak about, we are always interested in these devices to work with inside of our strategies and tactics.
You are correct, there is nothing within the Crayter Laws about Nomadic equipment or tech, this is purely because we do not want to be involved with it. We have the Order within Coronado for this reason. They deal with everything nomadic so you might want to get in touch with them about that. But we do ask for licenses just for safety.
Kusari Republic Coorperations are not allowed within Coronado, you are correct here, this is purely because Kusari in it self does not like the Crayter Republic and we are un welcome within there space. Every where outside of the Barrier Rim is restricted space. This is purely for the safety of Crayterian pilots and citizens.
You speak about preferred locations, I do have a good idea where the base could be located but I would rather make that discussion over a more secure channel. You know the Lane Hackers can break these encryptions and so on.
The Crayter Movers are always looking for work, so if you get intouch with the Mover Maestro I am sure he will get some sort of contract with you and your people.
You speak about the Pitbull transport and I would like to inform you that we do not see it as a problem.
