From what I've heard, the new OSC ships are sold on Curacua in Cortez, buts its only the freighter and SHF for now, the liner isn't implemented yet

Oldum is currently working on the liner models but has a lot of stuff to deal with in the mean time so it may be awhile before you seem them ingame.

^ Last i heard , super liner ship is finished except paint-job , @Oldum has not time to finish it and was ask if anybody can do it :
