Our base is currently undergoing Core upgrade and we need 40 000 crates of Heat Sinks. We would like to offer you a contract for their delivery for a price of 1500 SC per crate. Good Morning Mr. West,

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is David Williams from Bowex team, I'm delegated to negotiate some terms in your offer.

In the beginning, we are glad to receive your offer and be sure that we will do our best to deliver these goods in no time, but after some discussion with our Management team, it was decided that the location of your installation is very risky for our employees, it is out of our zone of influence and there is some risk from Lane Hackers and Gateway attacks.

Another thing is that Heat Sinks cost price in Planet New London is 500 SC per unit, and our employees shall fly three systems to your installation, even that Coronado system doesn't have Jump Gates so they'll have to use Jump holes to reach your Station.

So after taking all these risks in our mind, the Management team have decided to accept your offer at a price of 2,000 SC per unit, if you find our terms are acceptable for you, please let us know so that we can start delivery immediately.

I understand the location of our instalation is complicating things, however, I think you'll be happy to hear that with the recent changes in gravitational anomalies we detected, you don't have to go through Cortez system at all. There is now direct connection between Coronado and Manchester. The so called Jump Hole is located in D 4/5 in Manchaster.

I hope this information helps. Your price is reasonable, and I decided to accept it, even though I hope the new connection will alleviate the costs a bit for any potential future contracts. I will send you the exact coordinates when the price is set.
