Although we have not formally met yet, I'm sure my name has crossed your desk a few times in past weeks. I have a registered "Pitbull" train that I use harvesting the scrap fields. As you could likely guess, your officers as well as other Liberty Officials question me about it's validity, as well they should. I have this vessel because I had good relations with the LPI Chiefs in the past. I'm hoping this tradition can be continued with us. As such, I don't want to make trouble for you or for one of your officers, but as I was flying past California Minor yesterday, I received a transmission over a system wide channel. There were two parties conversing. One was a vessel by the name of Bucket.Of.Bolts, the identity or allegiance of the pilot is unknown to me. The other was an officer of the LPI, LPI-Erin.Shun[RO]. I bring this to your attention because the brief conversation I overheard was, well, quite frankly alarming. The attached file contains the transcripts as I received them. I hope this is all a misunderstanding on my part, as I have had only good encounters with Officer Shun to date. I trust you'll treat this fairly and professionally, as any Servant of the Law would.
