It has now been approximately 1 month since you presented yourself to the Members of the Liberty Navy and Bretonian armed forces (Official time:10.10.823 AS. 03:46:30) . As you were informed, your circumstance were highly irregular, therefore it was decided that that your activities in Bretonia were to be monitored for a period of time until it could be established that you were no threat to the realm.
I am here to inform you that said period of time has passed and you have not been convicted of any crime or wrong doing in Bretonia or her border systems. Therefore I am officially closing your case and marking you as a citizen of the Empire of Bretonia as you parents were citizens of the Principality of Bretonia before their deaths.
Your rights:
You may apply to join her majesties Royal Bretonian Police, the Bretonian Armed forces or any Bretonian corporation of your choice.
You have the right to bear arms in Bretonia for self defence purposes.
You have the right to vote in any and all elections.
You have the right to contest any charge brought before you in a court of law, and have legal counsel to assist or represent you.
You have the right to ask any member of the BAF or BPA for assistance while in Bretonia.
Please note that due to the war between Bretonia and Gallia is still ongoing, the system of Leeds has been declared a No Fly Zone for all civilian traffic unless they have applied for a permit to enter the system from the BPA.
