Bulldog, Bulldog-Patrol have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 11/12/2008 for:
Quote:5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks during a PvP fight, this player is considered fleeing. The fleeing player must leave and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, Notifications in hold 14 day ban for further offences
Notes: You've been done enough times, learn the rules whilst you're away. Don't dock with one and undock with another and fire on folks who you just fought.

I have not been engaged...... I have switched char* so I can Engage . so I dont see what is wrong with that ? Player startet shooting me withour any warning or anything... I dod not shoot back ... I just used thruster and docked... It was not PVP fight. Then I switched to my Cruiser, and Engaged him publicly as it suppos to be. Then he used cruise engines and comited suicide. Switched to his other account and re-engaged me .
I filled the report on that case , and you have punished me for that. Now I really dont understand what was wrong and who was the one who was supposed to be punished.

You were shot your shields were drained, you were engaged, by docking and switching characters you re-engaged, fine and ban imposed. Pay very careful attention to them there rules and you'd have known what constitutes an engagement.
The report you submitted was not at all conclusive. There was nothing we could do with it.

ok.... I understrand , but I dont understand if I'm sanctioned for re-engagment and char* change, why the other player was not...

if you are talking about the time you engaged me and threatened to get me sanctioned.. i think i have an explanation
after you switched to your cruiser to attack my bomber... you severly damaged my ship and i began to thrust away, you turned around and cruised back to yanagi, meaning that the fight was over
then, i flew back to crete where my m26 was stationed, ditched the damaged ship, and a corsair patrol brought me back to crete, where i got my gunboat and then proceeded to kill you

If comiting suicide is concider "flying back" to Gamma and not leaving the system , then yes you are right. The problem is I dont report, but you I reported just because I know your 100% wrong and you kept on doing it while I was telling you that is wrong.
You didnt say you engage me or anything you just attacket, I didnt even look back , becaouse I was on my way to Yanagi. I switched to my cruiser and loudly said I enggae you by the name.
After damagin your ship, you used thruster and then cruise when you saw I dont prusuit. Then you comited Suicade on the sun, and then coming back with GB and trader. Trader who can finish me off so it dosent say you destroyed the ship. After that you said openly ( have screen shoot ) " yes I did switch to my GB to teach you a leason ". I maybe wrong, but you did this mess and the problem is I'm the only bad guy here.....

Seeing as I'm a GMG pilot and happen to find myself in Sigma-13 most of the time, and this time in particular, I wish to add to Bulldogs defence. If Tariff engaged Bulldog before he could switched to his cruiser (first encounter), I cannot know. However after their first skirmish, where Tariff was forced to flee, he later returned in a cruiser of his own and re-engaged Bulldog with it, while Bulldog was reluctant to fight back (As seen in SS). And I'm not biased, as they're both my enemies.

To my understanding they're both guilty of re-engagement..?

i fired a disruptor at bulldog while he was in his gunboat and began to shoot before he could get back to yanagi but the docked and switched
what does this prove except that bulldog was oorp in system chat??
and i never "fled", bulldog broke pursuit and cruised back to yanagi to grab his gunboat so he could tax more after i thrusted for a few k away

yes i switched to my gunboat but i was within the rules when i did it...
and you did deserve a lesson mr. outcast trying to tax on my turf:P

You're talking about the wrong incident, so how about you stop. Marioo the report you filed had one screenshot, which is not enough to prove re-engagement.
