Dauntless has been sanctioned for:

Consequences:Your equipment fell off. Your ship did not have enough to cover the full fine, so money was deducted from your cruiser.

So you are a nasty ol Rogue and you caught yourself a trader. Upon which you ask them - how much is their life worth to them? That is good and all, and once the trader pulls off their usual ''I am empty, I don't care'' routine, you blast them. That is all fine and dandy, but as they are now PVP dead, you must allow them to actually comply to the server rules and leave the system.

Which you did not. Actually, you shot him down two more times, without a single word.
