I understand your irritation. However, not everything that happens when pilots are bored does really have to be taken to extremes. I suggest just keeping your distance from said pilot, which should not be too much of a problem. I see no merit in fueling the controversy.

In my time out there I have learnt one thing, and perhaps it might be helpful to you, too: the more unprofessional those behave that you are forced to work with, the more professional you have to be. And, to be entirely honest, it always gave me some kind of a warm glowing feeling to realize the eventual outcome when going with this maxime.
